Back-end Management

(Level: High) - As a web developer, we need to test the latest version of the plugin in another site before updating it. The reason why we update a plugin is to make sure it will be compatible with the current WordPress Version. Updating to latest version isn't necessary as long as it works smoothly. Some updates carry bugs and glitches. It is also important to check other developers review on updates. 

Front-end Management

(Level: Low but necessary) These are the tasks you requested. Note that we only update the website twice per month (10th & 25th of the month) and it will be better to send your requests 2 weeks before the due date.
